Why Should You Hire A Photographer?
Being a photographer and taking photos of my children at their dance, sporting, birthday or other types of events, I usually do not get to see everything going on, as I am looking through the camera viewfinder focusing on one thing. I don’t have much time to socialize or pay good attention to the other things that are going on around the event. When you hire a photographer, they relieve you of that responsibility. You give them the burden of capturing all the important action moments, and the candid moments happening on the sidelines. This gives you the freedom to sit back, relax, and enjoy really watching your child and interacting with them and others. On top of that, you will end up with some great quality photos. Sure, our cell phones have gotten better these days, however they may not function that well under low light situations and have trouble with the ability to capture the movement where there is quick motion. You will have the best quality photos to last for a lifetime to share. It can be beneficial to hire someone that knows what to shoot. They will typically know to keep their eye open for all of the little things to capture such as the gifts, the cake, the small details of the day, the kids on the sidelines, the dance recital sidelines, etc., which can really make a difference.
Which Events Should You Hire A Photographer For?
There really is no limitation on this question. You can hire a photographer for your kids sports games, dance recitals, cheerleading/dance competitions, school related events, milestone birthday parties… The list can go on and on.
What Is The Cost And Worth Of Hiring A Photographer?
When all is said and done, and you have amazing images in your hand to share, you won’t really worry too much about a small fee. Fees vary and can range from $25 an hour to $100 an hour. It really depends on your event, how long it is and what you are requesting.
